A declining birthrate and aging society resulted recent decrease of Japanese working population. It can be a very important option for Japan to obtain workforces from overseas, facing several problems. We, Procast Group have offered human solution services across Japan as a total human resource service company for over 24 years. Through this, we got to think it might be difficult to support Japanese companies’ development only with workforces inside of Japan.
As we show in our business plan, we give the most attention to Cambodia that achieves No.1 economic growth in Asia. Now you can see a lot of classy cars, high-rise buildings and expensive restaurants for wealthy people in the capital city, Phnom Penh.China, Thai, Viet Nam and Philippines gained support from Japan and did exchange of human resources and use of apprentice, which resulted in economic growth in the countries and helped Japanese companies to expand their business. We are sure that the same thing will happen in Cambodia and Procast Group is going to get involved in it.
