A declining birthrate and aging society resulted recent decrease of Japanese working population. It can be a very important option　for Japan to obtain workforces from overseas, facing several problems.

The average ages of Cambodian apprentices, technicians and international students are 25 years old and they are young and energetic. If a lot of promising youths visit Japan and learn technology, skill or service and bring them to Cambodia, it will lead to domestic revitalization.
